Prafulla Kaman

Addressing a public meeting at Seren village community hall today, Dabii urged the people to maintain their age-old relationship with Assam and communal harmony for overall development of the two neighbouring states. He said that economic development of a particular area depends upon the surface communication and proper use of the natural resources. According to him, both the states have equal responsibility to restrain peace and tranquility along the border.

“The confrontation like communal tension at the boundary area should be solved through proper negotiation. A strong peace committee with the prominent community leaders from both states should be constituted for taking up the sensitive issues. Communal harmony should be restrained for overall development of the two neighbouring states”, Dabii, who earlier served the state as Home Minister said in his address.

“Moral character of a leader influences the growing youths of the society. Development is not count on intensity of funding but it is dependent on proper utilization. I oppose beggary practice adopted by the sectional leaders as donation and easy earning never promote economic status of an individual. Such unhealthy practice is hindering development in Arunachal, which I have been opposing for the years”, Dabii asserted.

Claiming that Nari-Koyu is most developed area in the state, Dabii urged the panchayat leaders to determine the factors that are hindering rural development. He further exhorted the local youths to shoulder moral responsibility for transformation of the societies.
